We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Etsy Gift Cards. Payment in full is required at the time of the order.
Products are custom made to order unless specified as "Ready to Ship". Please allow enough time for production and shipment. Depending on the product and quantity, shipping times may vary.
Shipping is via USPS, FedEx or UPS and includes a tracking number.
Insurance is automatically included on orders for items over $100. If you would like to add insurance to orders for items under $100, please contact me.
Please ensure the address provided in the order is correct at the time of purchase. Additional fees in the amount of original shipping will be requested to reship the items.
Rush fees may apply if required.
Please note we try to be green when possible. We reuse clean boxes and wrapping supplies from items that we have received from purchases of Elegant Sparkle Boutique supplies. This also lowers our customers' shipping prices.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are handmade and all sales are final. Please ensure you understand the item(s) you are purchasing. Please contact me for any additional photos or information regarding your product. Proofs on certain items may be available upon request.
Great care is taken to ensure each item is well packaged. If an item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging and provide them to me via message/email. Please provide photos within 2 days of receipt. Each order will be addressed on a case by case basis which may result in one or more of the following:
Customer returns damaged items and item is replaced
